Second Chair: VA Evidence is designed as a Virginia evidence reference and practice app. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.
Information we collect
The app does not require you to create an account. The app does not sell personal information.
The app may store your app preferences, notes, bookmarks, folders, saved items, and similar study or workflow information on your device so the app can provide its features.
If iCloud is available for your device and Apple ID, saved items, folders, and notes may sync through Apple's iCloud key-value storage so they can appear on your other devices signed in to the same Apple ID. The developer does not operate a separate server for this sync.
Subscriptions and purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Apple may process purchase, payment, subscription status, and related account information according to Apple’s own policies. The developer does not receive your full payment card information.
App Store and device information
Apple may provide developers with aggregated app analytics, crash reports, and subscription information through App Store Connect. These tools help maintain and improve the app.
How information is used
Information stored by the app is used to provide app features such as saved items, notes, bookmarks, folders, settings, practice progress, and subscription access.
Sharing
The developer does not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by Apple as needed for App Store distribution, subscriptions, payments, analytics, crash reporting, and related Apple services.
Children’s privacy
The app is intended for legal professionals, law students, and adult users preparing for litigation or studying evidence. It is not directed to children.
